When buying goods and services on the Internet, you, the consumer are entering a legally binding contract. The following Terms and Conditions are set in accordance with UK Trading Standards, the UK law being the applicable law. Please take the time to read the following information, ideally, printing out a copy for quick reference. We are required to inform you that all sales transactions on this web-site are governed by English law and you must agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP Sterling £. Please note that some of the prices on our Vintage page and our 2nd hand page do not include VAT. All other products that are offered with payment via Takepayments in association with Barclaycard include UK VAT at 20%.
Free Delivery will be clearly stated within a product listing. Free Delivery is for all UK Mainland addresses. (Please phone or email for delivery pricing to the rest of the world). All offers and products are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock with either ourselves or our suppliers, we will not process your payment and reserve our right as a retailer not to accept your offer to buy the goods. If this is the case, then we will inform you accordingly at our earliest convenience. This may take longer during busier periods.
Returns
You can cancel your order at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product. You must inform us about your cancellation in writing (not by telephone) either by:

- Emailing us via the contact us page
Returns are accepted via by post/courier. You must provide proof of purchase. Ideally, this should be your original receipt but it can be a credit card voucher or cheque stub or anything that indicates when the item was purchased from or via Ecymbals. Your product must be in a complete and unused state without any marks. The item should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
We will not cancel your purchase when:
- a.) You return your product without proof of purchase.
- b.) The goods were a special or custom order to your exacting requirements.
If a problem occurs with a product and you believe the product to be deemed as "faulty", we will deal with the situation as quickly as possible.
As a consumer, your statutory rights mean that you have the right to pursue a problem with faulty goods with us (the retailer) and \ or the manufacturer. THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Please be warned that there is a delivery charge for any replacement item(s) that we ship to you.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English & that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
