How To Buy On or Off* This Website

Update 1/9/24: We currently take UK card payments via PayPal for delivery to UK addresses.
For overseas customers we only accept payment via Bank Transfer in GBP Sterling.

  1. We recommend that you register for an account if you ordering for the 1st time. You can register for an account via the MY ACCOUNT tab in the top right hand corner of the website or you can click here. (Update 11/9/24: This feature is currently down and we are waiting for CS-Cart to ammend this).

  2. We currently accept online payments PayPal (PLEASE SEE ABOVE) as well as payments via telephone, bank transfer and cheque. Please note that we will not accept payment from cards that are not registered to an address in Great Britain.

  3. We do not accept Amex (American Express) online or over the phone.

  4. Payment by Telephone. All Cards Accepted (except American Express). Please telephone the number that appears in the top left hand corner of this screen. This method is especially popular with customers who wish to discuss their gong/cymbal option or wish to check stock levels before purchase. PLEASE NOTE THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO UK RESIDENTS.

  5. Bank Transfer: For overseas and UK customers you can also pay by bank transfer please email us the item(s) that you wish to purchase and will reply with an invoice with details of how to pay by bank transfer. Please note that there are certain products that we cannot supply outside of the UK.

  6. Payment by Cheque. Please email the item(s) you want to purchase to cheque@ecymbals.co.uk and we will email you an invoice. All details will be on the invoice including payee/address to send to etc etc. As soon as we receive your cheque we will email you a delivery date for your item. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS METHOD TAKES LONGER BECAUSE WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR CHEQUE TO "CLEAR".

  7. Most items are delivered via Courier or post on a Monday-Friday 24 Hour Service.

  8. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE WITH PAYMENT CARDS THAT ARE REGISTERED TO A UK ADDRESS. Please email for more info.

  9. From 3rd of January 2024 we will be offering PayPal Finance (Pay in 3 Instalments) on all orders over £1000.00. Please email for more info.

  10. From 3rd of January 2024 we will no longer offer appoinments at our show room but we are happy to video any products that might be of interest. Please email for more info.
